• Establishing HR department from scratch by addressing the best practices of Human Capital, which includes running the job analysis and evaluation exercises, setting the JD and KPIs for each post, developing the process of each function, creating the applications, developing the employee handbook, and ensure that all of HR operation functions are running smoothly by running the pilot before the launching.
• Setting the Performance Management System and enhancing the new approach of the company that driven by objectives.
• Setting the competency framework for each level of the organization.
• Implementing new talent acquisition approach that improves the productivity and reduces the cost.
• Running the HR operation function and make sure that all tasks have been done in accordance with SLA.
• Policy & Procedure project champion that aimed to create the HR P&P from scratch and lead the whole project among all other departments.
• Establishing the filing system from scratch which includes setting the checklist, auditing all files, creating all required applications, establishing the contract that making balance between the company policy and labor law, setting the awareness campaign and ending with implementation phase and preparing the filing room.
• Leading project of hiring 825 part timers within 6 weeks.
• Setting the individual development plan for the key persons in the company that links between company strategy, human capabilities and positions competencies.
Managing and executing Recruitment & Selection, Training and Development, Organization Structures, Performance Management, in accordance with the company objectives, strategies and plans.
• Establishing the recruitment department from scratch and setting the policy and procedures.
• Running the entire process of the recruitment function for local and overseas hiring.
• Setting the manpower plan for the organization that matches company strategies and budget.
• Raise the Nitaqat zone from green to platinum.
• Attracting more than 140 candidates during the year, this was a result of opening many of hiring channels, participating in career fairs and HR events, targeting the applicants in general activities and using the social media.
• Setting the training plan for the sales department and execute it which aimed to evaluate the current situation and provide the required skills for each level.
• Act as a custodian of the costing project for the sales department.
• Support in the design of career development, succession planning and the promotion process across the Company in order to ensure to meet the company’s objectives.
• Leading the project of setting the job descriptions for all departments.
• Team member of restructuring HR department.
• Launch the Performance Management System which includes setting the awareness campaign, conducting the training sessions for GMs and running the pilot.
• Set the training system using ADDIE and TNA approaches.
• Design OJT program to enrich the experience of our employee which helps them to lead the main functions in accordance with company strategies and succession plan guidelines.
• Conduct training sessions for more than 300 employees in all level of the organization.
• Develop the training calendar for all units of the organization.
• Participate in preparing the project feasibility studies by collecting and benchmarking the right data with the market for the following projects:

- Jeddah Warehouses
- All Jeddah apartments, Villas and Business Centers
