Project’s Name: - Design & Build Upgrading of Existing Punitive and Reformatory Buildings
Complex at Al Wathba prison (Phase -1) (Design & Build) project
1. Establish, maintain and review the project engineering & construction records,
including, but not limited the Project schedule, Daily, weekly, monthly reports,
Quantity reports, Request for information (RFI), document submittals, variations,
payments, risk register, inspections in line with the project Contract documents.
2. Initiate and distribute the project documents or submittals to the concern Engineers
3. Coordinate and communicate effectively with our team, main contractor and
subcontractors and suppliers during weekly meetings.
4. Liaison with relevant Project Team & main contractor ensuring all parties are kept
informed of all relevant matters in relation to the project.
5. Control and follow up all construction process in line with project’s quality and
standards
6. Manage site activates to meet with the approved time schedule along with cost
control
7. Evaluate & action the progress payments submitted by main-contractor
8. Weekly Progress meeting to be held with the main contractor & client to control the
activates, Co-ordinate disciplines & resolve any pending issues in a timely manner
9. Checking the reports from site engineers regards to main contractor’s works and
ensure that the works done as per approved documents otherwise issue NCR or
SOR.
9. Providing technical advice to the contractor with respect to the assigned work on the
project
10. Checking project deliverables for which the Assistant Engineers are responsible, including
drawings, reports, co-ordination, ……. Etc
11. supporting main office for any technical clarifications required with all related
documents
12. Review and update technical standards, office procedures,
Construction techniques, and use of materials to ensure that specifications
And schemes prepared by the Division reflect best practices.
13. Good Experience in supervision works for all project’s types (villas, high Rise building,
warehouses, and schools)
Works & Experiences in Gulf area (UAE- ABUDHABI): -

Design all types of concrete structures as Villas, labor accommodations, ware
houses & Buildings with related software program as ''sap 2000'', Etabs, safe and
prokon.
2. Preparing structural drawing with necessary details, technical specifications &
structure calculations sheets until obtaining approval from the municipality.
3. Experience in discussion the structure drawing and getting approval on it from
municipality.
4. Experience in preparing specification of the projects for all project’s types
5. Supervision on the projects and attend meeting with the clients & the contractor to
discuss the progress of the works.
6. Quality control of concrete works & all civil works as per QA/QC plan
7. Prepare bill of quantities & checking the contractor’s payments during the works.
8. Take any necessary decisions to ensure the project execution not hold, and ensure
that all activates executed as per standards and specifications.
9. Calculate the quantities of all civil works as First Gulf Bank requirements
10. Work as site engineer to supervise and check all civil work (substructure,
superstructure and finishing) & full coordination with MEP works.
11. Reply to all RFI raised by main contractor to proceed with the correct information

Assigned duties & responsibilities: -
1. Design all projects for the company using software program as ''sap
2000'', Etabs, prokon & safe with preparing all structure drawing using
AutoCAD for Villas & labor accommodations & sheds and
Some buildings till G+6.
2. Design most of slabs types (solid slab, flat slab, hollow block slab) and most
kind of foundation shallow footing or deep footing, retuning wall and
underground water tank by software programmers and make the structure
design safe with economic.
3. preparing structural designs for all projects with calculations sheets and also
can preparing structure technical specifications for all the projects with all
checks.
4. Experience in discussing arch, & structure drawing and getting approval on it
from municipality (Ajman municipality).
5. Experience in the follow up with all authorities until getting the required
building permit for projects from the municipality.
6. Experience in making tenders and choose the best contractor of project by
studying
7. The specification & analysis of total amounts of project.
8. Experience in making specification of the projects like villas or
accommodations or Building for every item according the drawing.
9. Sites Supervision for the projects and making meeting with the clients &
Contractors.
10. Follow up time line programs for the project & check all activities works at
site concretes items, finishing …. etc.
11. Supervision of the big scale projects for the company as (G+6+21TYP) at
Khalifa
Street Ajman as project manager.
12. Supervision on high rise building at Etihad road for (3B+G+1M+16TYP)
working as consultants’ project manager.
