• Responsible for the End to end Recruitment Cycle for both LOCAL and OVERSEAS hiring getting a request from the Client up to the deployment.
• Identifying the requirement of the client and determining the selection criteria for the recruitment.
• Sourcing the candidates via online channels i.e. Social Platforms
• Screening the CV's, planning the Interview after in-person interviews.
• Assessing the candidates' information using our own database (MS Excel Database)
• Arranging the interview with clients for both Local (In Person) and Overseas via Skype.
• Follow up with the Job Offer for the selected candidates and communicate with the candidate for the VISA transfer and VISA processing for the overseas candidates.
• Coordinating with the offices in the respective countries for the deployment of the candidates.
• Ensure the candidates by coordinating the arrivals and safely deployed at clients location.



Job Order for Embassy

• Preparing the Job Orders/Demand Letters depending upon the respective Embassy requirements.
• Follow-up with the Job Order Processing until it is approved by the Embassy
• Coordinating with labor attached for Visit to the work Location if needed.

Data Base maintenance
• Creating the Database of each candidate
• Updating the data of each candidate on each level of progress up to the deployment.
