Receive the Machines Report from our service center and proceed the needed orders with Vendors.
Following up on the orders and getting the needed parts from vendors.

Following up with the service center until they repair the machines.
Do the needed claims for all repaired Machines on Vendor Systems.
Communicate with Vendors for any Escalations or issues we have faced.
Working on resolving any issues faced our technicians in the service center.

I carried out design and implementation of peer to peer network for AT Company.
I built up database for AT company including the following stages :
o Planning stage
o Analysis stage
o Design stage (Entity diagram & Relational diagram)
o Implementation stage: by using access, Visual basic
and induct full training for all users how to use it.

Supporting the customer Face to Face and resolving their issues.
Monitoring our network and resolving all related issues.
Diagnose and repair the machine if any technical trouble has been found.
