• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production-with high technical and design skills, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Major Responsibilities:
1- Looking for new projects on the market - Oil & Gas, Private sector, utilities.
2- Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions.
3- Establishing new and maintaining existing, relationships with both customers and consultants.
4- Preparing Prequalification documents for Oil and Gas Utilities, Attending Technical meetings with Municipalities and Utilities to discuss prequalification documents and adding company name in their vendor list.
5- Identifying the customer's current and future requirements.
6- Prepare presentations for customer, assist in reviewing topology and closing opportunity.
7- Providing sales support during virtual and onsite client meetings.
8- Reviewing customer inquiries, drawings, plans and other documents in order to prepare detailed technical proposal for them.
9- Demonstrating how a product meets a client’s needs.
10- Preparing and presenting potential cost benefit analysis to potential clients.
11- Attend commercial meetings, negotiating payment terms, finalizing selling price and closing Business.
12- Receiving orders and preparing submittals.
13- Modifying client comments, getting submittal approval and proceed manufacturing.

7- Study the inquiry by viewing the SLD, Load schedules and the Specification of the Job, after that putting some Technical and commercial instructions and forward it to the estimator.
8- After getting the offer from the estimator, Directly I'm fix technical meeting with the contractor to discuss the specification and the BOQ of the project.through this meeting we clarify every thing related to the BOQ and the technical Specs.
9- Fixing commercial meeting with the customer, through this meeting we analyzing the cost of the quotation, also giving the contractor some value engineering, how we can apply the job in an economical way.
10- preparing the compliance statement and forwarded to the design team to proceed the submittal.
11- Submit the submittal to the customer, discuss it if its need any modification / support before to shift it to the consultant.

13- Fixing technical meeting with the consultant to discuss the submittal comments
14- Modify the comments, and updating the design team by all the modifications.

Electrical Project Engineer Applying MEP projects in Dubai Airport-TERMINAL 1, 2, 3. I was responsible mainly for:
1- Receiving the inquiry from the customer ( Electrical, Mechanical and plumbing ).
2- After the inquiry I should visit the site.
3- Estimate ( act as a procurement engineer by sending inquiries by the needful item of the job to the specialist suppliers ) and sending quotation for the customer.
4- Fixing technical, Commercial meeting with the customer to discuss, convince and give him some value engineering support to let him do the job by economical way.
5- After receiving the Job, I was responsible to order the materials from the suppliers.
6- Plug the schedule of the work, this schedule consist of the time that I need to apply this job, How many manpower I need.
7- Distribute the supervisors, For mans, technicians in flexible way to do the job properly.
8- Getting the consultant approval.
9- Hand over the Job.
