Maintain their time and leave schedule. For purchasing new vehicle collect quotations from various Automobile showrooms. Prepare approval and work order to purchase vehicle. Prepare monthly maintenance cost reports. Having a good relation with supply chain management and give them all kind of support for a smooth distribution system. Body building of commercial vehicle after purchasing new vehicle. Besides maintain proper records of new and old tires.

Keep all the companies vehicle ready for smooth delivery and Up-to-date confirmation of all vehicle papers. Make trip schedule of vehicle and confirmation of safe product delivery in time. In emergency contact with third party transportation for hiring vehicle. Listen to driver carefully about their vehicle problems and take necessary actions immediately. Troubleshoot the problem of vehicle and raise report. Estimate the necessary spare parts for maintenance work. Maintain fuel cost by KPL system and make sure that no extra fuel consumption is occurring. Keep records of accidental issues. If any accident happens then take immediate steps by concerning senior authority.
