As the Learning & Development Manager at Future Pipe Industries, I lead the strategy, design, and implementation of global training and talent development initiatives across our international locations. My role focuses on building a strong learning culture that aligns with business goals, enhances workforce capabilities, and supports employee growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Talent Development - Designing and executing a multi-year L&D strategy to upskill employees, close competency gaps, and prepare future leaders.

Global Training Management - Overseeing corporate, technical, HSE, and compliance training programs, ensuring consistency, quality, and measurable impact across regions.

Career Pathing & Succession Planning - Developing frameworks that define career progression, critical role readiness, and high-potential talent identification.

Digital Learning Solutions - Managing the company’s Learning Management System (Future Learn) and integrating SCORM-based content for flexible, accessible training.

Stakeholder Collaboration - Partnering with leadership, HRBPs, and department heads to align training initiatives with operational priorities.

Contribute in managing ADNOC Distribution Talent Management and career development activities, Support the development and implementation of Youth Development Program. Lead the technical competency libraries and frameworks update in line with changing organization context and plans.

Assesses property-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees.

Conducted and led all employee onboarding programs and mandatory HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) trainings, ensuring compliance and alignment with industry standards.

enhance performance and recognize performance, evaluates the
effectiveness through performance metrics. Ensures alignment with strategic business
objectives and maintain high-quality standards in instructional design and development for all
methods of program delivery Oversee the performance management including disciplinary actions, exit interview, Hr Records. Creating and executing the learning strategies and the training programs
Evaluating individual and organizational development needs & Implement various learning methods company wide (e.g. coaching, on job training, online training, )
Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
Assess the success of development & competence plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Help managers develop their team members through a career path
Track budgets and negotiate contracts

• Building HSE Training Programmes
• Inductions on new joiners
• Conducting training sessions related to Occupational Safety, Emergency Services, Health, Environment and Risk Assists in the development of appropriate mandatory HSE training matrixes for all employees.
• Regularly evaluates the effectiveness of HSE training and develops appropriate training solutions/changes to ensure a high level of quality and competency.
• Identifying and implementing and maintaining appropriate training facilities, materials, and resources to support HSE training needs
• Submit regular reports to the HSE Manager on the status of the HSE training programme.

• Development and delivery of HSE courses in consistency with employee’s individual development plan.
• Liaising with other on-job training staff to ensure full compatibility of on-job & off-job training, meeting with them regularly, & visiting locations where trainees are receiving on-job training.
• Ensuring consistency of training activities & documentation across all company disciplines.
• Monitoring trainee’s progress & implementing corrective action as necessary.
• Preparing monthly written reports and trainees progress.
• Liaising using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of training activates.
• Planning and carrying out local training activities to agreed budgets and timescales and to integrate.
