Penetrating new accounts within assigned territory, addressing customer with new solutions.
Achievements:
I won three frame agreements with the biggest telecommunication service provider in Egypt; agreements were a multi-year agreement to cover their network expansion.
I won partner of the year ”2015” from Juniper Networks in MEA for Service Providers.
Overcoming competitions during multi-round negation sessions with the customer to won the frame agreements.
Selling multi-vendor solutions for two of the biggest telecommunications service providers in Egyptian market.
Responsibilities:
I was the Key Accounts manager for two of the major telecommunication service provider in the Egyptian market, and responsible for all business processes within the account including all sales activities, payment and collection, projects delivery and solution implementation and integration, understanding the customer objectives and business drivers to build business plans that align with customer’s objective that allow me to achieve my company’s objectives, quota, and KPIs.
Key responsibilities :
•Cascade and translate strategy - into action plans for team / customers
•Manage, develop and motivate the team of “Push” sales reps to deliver sales targets
•Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers & identifying new customer opportunities
