• Review the Manpower plan and determine the vacant positions to proceed in the recruitment process.
• Search for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria through computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting sources, recruiting firms, Walk-ins and employee referrals
• Recruited, developed, and assist in leading a team of Recruiters to fulfill the selection process through a competency-based framework.
• Conduct HR interview and assess applicants as per as job requirements and competences using CBI interview technique.

• Screen and filter applicants CVs to find the perfect fit and dispatch qualified CV(s) to the concerned manager.
• Contact qualified candidates and schedule HR and Technical interviews.

• Create shortlist with accepted candidates and arrange second interview with technical managers.
• Prepare job offers and dispatch it to accepted candidates.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new hired employees.
• Inform accepted candidate with required hiring documents.
• Ensure employee’s performance appraisals are conducted in an efficient, fair, and timely manner and ensure employee merit increases are correctly processed.

• Conduct interviews for potential candidates and arrange technical interviews for the short listed
candidates with hiring managers.
• Responsible for dealing with social insurance office and preparing forms (1, 2, and 6).
• Prepare all payroll activities (attendance report - leaves - deductions - salary increments).
• Conduct orientation sessions for new joining employees to foster positive attitude towards
organizational objectives.
