• Supporting daily operations when it comes to maintenance, repairs of equipment, furniture, fixtures, and other housekeeping need at schools & Staff Accommodations.
• Supervise the quality of work for the office cleaners.
• Maintaining equipment and materials used in work.
• Responsible for all works pertaining to electric, AC and plumbing repairs, patching and painting.
• Responsible in the scheduling of cleaning and maintenance of schools & staff accommodations follow up on new constructions, renovations and alterations.
• Supervising the moving and arranging of furniture and equipment from schools & staff.
• Overseeing furniture stores and stores maintenance materials
• Accommodate the new staff coming from their country in the company accommodations after the processing of furniture, electrical devices, maintenance and cleanliness.
• Add and modify new employees on the company's accommodations system and make sure to keep it updated.
• Maintain maintenance and safety of accommodation facilities and three schools at the same time.
• Supervising school maintenance officials and ensuring that everything works well in the school maintenance department
• Receive calls, messages and mail to solve all the problems of daily maintenance in schools and accommodations.
Supervision of school buses, drivers and hygiene in the school as well the maintenance, registration of students on school transportation system, organizing trips and school functions and programs and many tasks such as supervision of the maintenance of the school building in full, such as pump room and fire fighting system.
Entering Huge Amount Of Data Daily My Typing speed up to 70 words per minute and percentage errors are virtually nonexistent in Arabic Language.
