Recently joined in the packaging department; starting a new line of shirt/shoe boxes and Luxury paper bags production for garment manufacturers. I handle all the sales & operations for El Kekhia Group packaging facility leading a team of 45 employees.
• Supervise all procurement of raw materials & logistics to ensure delivery of quality products on-time to customers.
• Responsible for budgeting & controlling budgets and cash disbursements of packaging project and also handling financial reporting to upper management.

• Joined Al Ghanim Group, as a key account executive in the FMCG division (GTRC) who are distributors of Mars, Kraft, Colgate/Palmolive, Phillips and others. I was part of the out of home division, selling all the company's food and beverage products to non- retail businesses.
Accomplishments: Handled a monthly sales target, that included criteria such as sales volume, SKU variety & collections. i achieved my target of 80K $ starting my first month after the training period and grew up my accounts to reach 120k $ by the time i left Al Ghanim.
• Started as a sales exec. handling 10 medium-large customers in the garments industry. Grew my accounts overtime to become 40 % of total turnover.
• Started up the flexo printing project in 2009 with a team of five; to print care-instruction labels in house. Handled all the projects' sales, operations and finances.
• The biggest challenge i faced in the project is to set up the whole work procedure for the team that I began with, starting from the design of the labels to the actual packing and on-time delivery. This system is still used in the company to date.
Accomplishments: Started a small project from Greenfield to a print house with 60 + employees and a Turnover upward of 1.5 mil. $ yearly. Growing our customer base consistently even through tough times (our turnover grew more than 10% yearly for the past 6 years with a few exceptions)
