• Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and enact meticulous project plans and schedules, partnering with stakeholders to define scope, resources, and timelines, employing project management tools for tracking.
Project Progress Tracking:
Deliver regular project status updates to senior management, offering transparent insights.
Senior Management Reporting:

Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate harmoniously with cross-functional project members, including construction, engineering, procurement, and other invested parties, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery.
Risk Management:

Developing a data entry, resource entry, Duration & quantities loader, update stage Scheduler & Reporting.
Monitoring & controlling the progress for the project corresponding the actual progress on site and compare it with Baseline Schedule.
Preparation of Daily, Weekly and monthly Reports which Reporting them to the owner and top management, including (Resources Histograms, Updated Schedule, KPIs (Key Performance Indicator), S-Curve, Summery of the Project .
Producing visual aids to help explain the schedule of work, including bar charts and network diagrams.
