Brief Description:
As Quantity surveyor, I completed 400KV XLPE underground cable circuit between Bahia & Sadiyaat Grid stations 26KM long route (1Cx2500mm total 200KM) project.
Now assigned to the Project of 320 kV HVDC submarine cables circuit between Al Ghallan Island and onshore converter stations at Al Mirfa.

My main task quoted below,
Responsible for all cash-in and cash-out invoices from progress measurements to draft invoices until final payment certificate approvals
Checking & certifying Subcontractor invoices (Civil, Electrical, Telecom, MEP & Structural)
Managing Cashflow & records of all subcontractors for reconciliation & H.O reporting
Cost Control & Project Budget management
Preparing monthly financial forecast & cash flow with complete updates
Dealing with Subcontractor extra claims, Cost control & variation orders
Preparation & additions of variation orders
Final Reconciliation along with balance/pending claims
Dealing with consultant for all site measurement inspections & approvals
Handling all the commercial issues related to subcontract & main contract
Assisting for EOT, Delay claims, Variation Order & BOQ adjustments
Doing Site visits for measurement inspections and work progress updates
Final Handing Over of the Project
Final accounts closing for subcon’s & client’s side
