• Managing weekly report to My Line Manager CEO
• Managing Supply chain and delivery with the delivery team
• Managing wholes sale with hotels and other partners
• Managing Retails prices and wholesale to have a good sales comparing with our competitors
• Managing All KSA credits Notes (Budget - Commitment - Actual)
• Managing Avg Price & Promo Calendars
• Following up with all KSA Management Team to ensure that they Following the process.
• Following up with the Finance Manager to Ensure that no area has spending over the agreed Budget and commitment
• Managing all the Trade Marketing Spending through the system (Oracle JED) commitment & Actual

• Follow up with brand VM to ensure applying the right guideline for the store.
• Delivery Mystery shop target of minimum 85 percentage by handling customers’ objection.
• Ensure to manage and achieve Business plane as agreed.
• Managing Store Opening operation and closing Operation Project For company Brands (Ted baker, Maje, Sandro, Cloudie, Kopple’s, Miss Milano)
• Managing all product Status for all the brands as system wise.
• Managing inventory Using SAP System for all Brand stores across KSA (48 Store for All brands) • Brands (Ted baker London, babe, Maja, Sandro, Kate Spade, Miss Milano, Bash, Guess).
• Implementing stock take for every quarter to control stores shrinkages’
• Develop and implementing employee performance evaluation and improve plane • Set monthly store target. Sales year to date increased by more than 5 % • Checking store maintenance weekly basis.
• Conduct regular store meeting.
• Assist client in their purchases.
• Managing Store goods and Merchandising.
• Train and guide & motivate team member to bring out their positional making sure to manage and achieve Business plane as agreed.
• Prepare and participate in the yearly stock count
• Ensured new plane every month to improve the store performance as well staff and should review it with top operation as well the staff for better performance.
