○ Overcome the drawback of different vLANs subnets for esxi hosts by deploying Veeam Backup Proxy in each vLAN subnet
○ Arrange vSphere local storages, Blad Centers storage to delete all unused VMs to free up disk space for backup snapshot
● Provide 1st line support to CSO call center uses Genesys server call center includes:
○ Adjust NTP CentOS server for time sync between All Genesys Components
○ Resolve issue with trunk DNs for outgoing call to GSM Gateway
○ Propose, upgrade GSM gateway GOIP rather than the old one (GSM Dongle)
● Administer, troubleshooting Active Directory Domain includes:
○ Consulted to Resolve CSO forest root domain server on main building in order to integrate with Cisco ISE
○ Resolve issue with domain trust by resetting the outedated domain trust
○ configure IP subnet to all active directory sites for CSO 17 domains around Egypt to prevent enlarge NetLogon debug logs which will cause domain users authentication failures
○ Lead the Technical Support Team to administer Windows Systems such as using Builtin Windows Image tool to capture Windows image on SSD.
● Provide Cisco ISE troubleshooting while integrating with Active Directory
○ Resolve issues with 2 domains to integrates with Cisco ISE using the recommended FQDN rather than the traditional SAM ○ Resolve ISE problem by adhering with Cisco Standard to Using FQDN to all integrated Domains.
○ Resolve Cisco ISE Authentication sequences that Caused ISE stop responding and consumed all CPU and RAM
● Provide 1st support with Cisco Call Manager for IP phones
