With over 10 years of experience at RTCC-Al Rashid Trading & Contracting Company (Closed Joint Stock Company), I am a Project Control Manager who leads and delivers large-scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. I have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University, and I have acquired strong skills and expertise in cost estimation, delay analysis, materials sourcing, site safety, and subcontractor management.
As a Project Control Manager, I am responsible for planning, executing, and controlling the project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, while ensuring a safe and productive work environment for my team of engineers and analysts. I have successfully completed multiple projects, such as highways, bridges, tunnels, and railways, with high client satisfaction and profitability. I am passionate about applying my engineering knowledge and project management skills to contribute to the development and growth of the construction industry.
