EPTSC: is an Orascom company and responsible for the operation & maintenance of Mobilink & Ufone Pakistan networks of mobile communications.
Looking for 3 different branches (Hyderabad, Sukkur & Quetta) with all its sub offices.
Handling more than 800 sites and managing the region as per customer requirements and company resources.
Maintain Company resources efficiently and effectively.
Oversee operations and processes relating to network availability, by maintaining the network through troubleshooting & maintaining its communications devices, power generators & ACs.
Coordinating with the other vendors & suppliers to achieve the best performance and satisfy the costumer goals
Monitoring and controlling the operation process to achieve the required network KPIs and assure to get the highest quality of services to the costumer
Supervise and evaluate the staff performance continuously to ensure that staff skills able to provide smooth operation.
Make budgetary recommendations to higher management, and monitor expenditures against budget.
Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Verify Monthly OPEX sheet and submit it to the customer on time
Verify and control Monthly Junk spares to save company spare parts and decrease monthly expenses
Close coordination with the other departments (Administration, procurement, HR and finance) for more smooth handling the region
Following up the agreements of the Houses, vehicles suppliers and Pump stations.
Monitoring the warehouse and ensure the availability of spare parts to avoid any shortage of spares which disturb the network, make sudden audit for the stores to make sure that store admin follow the producers of daily activities
Orascom-Trading CO.: responsible for the operation & maintenance of Mobinil-Egypt networks of mobile communications.
Solve Radio problems related to site.
Analyse equipment failures and applying corrective maintenance to the system
Responsible for maintaining, replacing and testing of Alcatel systems
Responsible for maintaining and testing of different microwave links Alcatel (AWAY, LUX, MPR), PASOLINK NEC (All type V4, MX, NEO St., NEO CPV), Infra-Red links and XDSL links.
Perform Upgrades and Downgrades related to Microwave systems and BTS’s
Acceptance of new equipment and evaluating its technology from the technical and economic point of view
Troubleshoot, repair & maintain Rectifiers, Power Systems (its connection
up to the power meter and batteries), distribution panel, …etc. in accordance
with manufacturer's operation & maintenance manuals
Treat with multi generations of BTSs as (G3, G4, CBO, MBO and Avetc (GSM repeater).
Good experience of GSM 900 & DCS1800
Good experience of BSC problems.
Good handling for most of fibres problems
Troubleshoot, repair & maintain 3G Nokia Siemens Node B
Good handling for most SDH problem and worked on ADM's
Good handling for all electric problems on the site.
Good experience of Dealing with the Power meter (BER), Frequency meter, Signal generator, PCM analyzer & Site Master Devices.
Contribute & continuously improve the quality performance indicators for the zone & for my department.
Write technical reports and discuss it with BSS manger of the operator.
MobiServe Holding Co: responsible for the operation & maintenance of Mobinil-Egypt networks of mobile communications.
Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of telecom(BTS - MW link ) and non-telecom ( Generators - Fire panel - rectifier and ACs) equipment
Treat with all problems related to GSM & RF devices.
Responsible for maintaining, replacing and testing of Alcatel & NEC systems (BTS, MW link).
Dealing with Huawei sites (2G, 3G).
Performs routes, migration, downgrade & upgrade.
