•Provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly regular reports .
•Provide ad-hoc reports needed by CB functions .
•Always improve, produce & analyse reports and templates based on CB business requirements.
•Specific product analysis, historical patterns and campaigns Tracking to continuously support revenue generating process.
•Understand financial and analytical information of all CB functions.
•Follow up with IT department on databases issues to utmost the utilization of the CB raw data into business reports.
•Always highlight any major opportunities and/or problems.

As such MIS graduate, whether employed in management position or IT position, they play the role of a liaison between business users and IT professional. In addition, MIS graduate possess effective communicate skills both writing and oral presentations.
