As an Account Manager, Business Partners, I am accounted for the following duties:
1- Participate in the development of the project strategy and operational delivery plans in order to contribute to achieving the function goals.
2- Develop feasibility studies and undertake other project-related research, develop financial and non-financial project KPIs as well as the project resource schedule to present a business model that is geared towards project success and delivering a sustainable solution for the client.
3-Take ownership of developing the assigned project, provide required tools/logistics and monitor project progress, milestones and deliverables in order to deliver on time, on budget and with the resources assigned.
4- Assist in business development activities, for instance by investigating opportunities with assigned clients and attending business development meetings
5- Support the stakeholder buy-in process
6- Support the building up, marketing and communication of the corporate positioning of Tamkeen as a leader in developing, selling and deploying best-in-class products so as to enhance Tamkeen’s brand, image and reach.
7- Develop/support RfPs and assist in negotiation with vendors to ensure that external services are provided efficiently and in line with Tamkeen standards.
* perform and provide counsel on expert, emergency, maintenance, testing, engineering, programming, designing, and start-up technical support across any type of electrical or mechanical equipment, system and subsystems ( including software where applicable) from simple to moderately complex in nature.
* Perform or provide advise on diagnosing and repairing equipment and system ( both hardware and software beyond the capability of other service technicians .
* Provide technical training, coaching, and work direction to other service engineers and technicians and subcontractors; the candidate's programming and engineering capabilities should also be superior and specific in nature to warrant the leadership level.
Collaborate with Cisco sales professionals to provide technical
solutions for the customers.
• Undergo courses focusing on the latest technology advancements, including Cisco
architectures, solutions, products, and competitors.
• Shadowing technology professionals while continuing virtual learning.
▪Provide comprehensive first level technical support for the initial troubleshooting of head-end software controller level problems, ensuring top productivity and efficiency.
▪ Obtain necessary support from the tech manager and team members to develop appropriate solutions while growing into a trusted advisor.
▪ Prepare and produce detailed performance, energy and facilities reports for review by upper management.
▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients in order to fully understand customer needs and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
▪ Maintain detailed documentation and quality assurance to improve organizational efforts and ensure business growth
