• Establish effective and well-organized investment processes.
• Write clear and well-informed investment recommendations based on thorough research and analysis.
• Organize regular investment reports and reviews, including quantitative and qualitative portfolio studies.
• Attend annual meetings, review quarterly financial statements, and remain up-to-date with any important valuation or policy changes.
• Lead the investment strategy unit within the company.
• Perform regular administration duties of all investment files.
• Select asset manager for the portfolios in Saudi Arabia and abroad
• Find new opportunities
• Develop strategic partnerships with investment banks, funds and asset manager

• Buying and selling stock on behalf of the client.

• Providing estate planning services.
• Day to day management (administrative, marketing, anti-money laundry protocol, KYC…)
• Markets analysis in order to seize the best opportunities and thus increase our performances
• Implementation of the asset allocation after achieving the client's discovery and defining its expectations, objectives and return / risk profile.
• Selection of values after a rigorous fundamental analysis
• Administrative, legal and financial follow-up of unlisted companies in which we have invested
• Performance analysis and semi-annual management reports

• Discovers ways to increase revenue by eliminating wasteful practices and expediting product delivery.
• Leads and supports management in application and implementation of new policies and procedures.
• Represents the company in official functions.

• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and regulations.
