● Overseeing a diverse portfolio of major projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2023, under ownership of PIF, DGCL, QIC, and the Royal Commission

● Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
● Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to all related stakeholders.
● Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
● Collaborate with other departments to optimize project outcomes and improve processes.
● Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Establish formal communication with the relevant authorities.
● Manage authority engagement and approvals.
● Coordinate with interdisciplinary design team to address code-related RFIs, queries, workshops etc.
● Collaborate with the planning team to secure resources and conduct code compliance reviews according to the milestones outlined in the client agreement agreed schedule.
● Review and adhere to the contract to understand payment milestones, fee schedule, and related terms, and issue invoices upon milestone completion.
● Manage changes and issue change orders for any additional scope beyond the agreed terms in the contract.

• Constructing and managing company internal design & built high-end projects and setting the benchmarks standards for company design products for the Saudi branch projects.
• Managing multiple subcontractors in terms of contractual, financial, schedule, quality, and methodologies.
• Following up with required governmental approvals & recommendations such as SCECO, Malath, and municipality.
• Requesting, and coordinating materials, orders, suppliers LPO’s as well as solving logistics site problems.
• Working as an acting project manager, as well as consultant representative.
• Comparing and selecting suppliers, and subcontractors according to their capabilities & prices
• Documenting project data for higher management, with tables and charts.
• Synchronizing the design with the project and solving all types of defects, and change-order requests.
• Handling all the mobilizational, and logistical planning for all Kooheji’s Saudi branch projects.

Site Engineer for Royal Commission Projects in Jubail Industrial City. Tasks achieved:
Working according to Royal Commission and Bechtel standards
Preparing RFI and Shop drawings
Coordinate and cover QC work with the civil activities
Direct, and coordinate with both mechanical and electrical teams

Worked with a group of qualified engineers, for jafurah Aramco’s project. Tasks achieved:
Calculating volumes, and formwork for different structural buildings
Analyzing drawings, and understanding construction procedures
