- Cooperates closely with the HR Business Partner.
- Providing an advisory and consultancy service to staff and management on a range of human resources issues, procedures and policies consistent with employee standards, legislation and guidelines.
- Undertaking internal reviews, coordinating external reviews and advising on related processes as needed.

- Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
- Conduct initial screening/phone interview for HR Interns in the organization.
-Head Hunter and Recruiter for the Banking Sector and Financial Institutions.
-Responsible for helping Banks and Financial Institutions fill open job positions in the Top Management Level.
-Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, and employee referrals.
-Inform potential candidates about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in banking sector or financial institutions.
-Select qualified applicants or refer them to employers, according to organization policy.
-Handles all Customer Inquiries over the phone.
-Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve customer's issue.
-Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
-Providing accurate information and correct resolution regarding the Customer's issue according to the COPC "Customer Operations Performance Center" and Quality Standards.
