Purchasing Specialist (Supervise and control purchasing/procurement activities by implementing the below activities)
o Purchase requests processing (SAP) from end user.
o Discuss the requested materials with user.
o Reviewing Vendors Related to the needed Items.
o Create RFQ and make the invitations to all concerned vendors(SAP).
o Receive Quotations by our materials system.
o forward the Quotations to end user ( if there are some remarks from the vendors) .
o Reviewing the final technical evaluation submitted by end user.
o Make contact with vendors, if there are clarification as end user requested.
o Financial appraisal to all accepted quotations (SAP).
o Reviewing the offer that I will take it, with pervious PO and estimate price.
o Negotiation with vendors ( discount, reducing delivery period … etc ).
o Make short report for all action in the file.
o Create, amend and follow Purchas orders in (SAP).
o Follow-up with the expediters for the materials delivery.
