I am responsible for the day to day management of the Financial, budget, payroll and inventory systems.

1- Assist in customization of ERP reports working with DBAs and IT Security.

2- Support administration of ERP security and permissions for ERP users.

3- Identify and record systems issues in conjunction with ERP Systems Analyst.

4- Ensure ERP system meets business requirements and goals and fulfills user requirements.

5- Monitor and identify problems in any of ERP system everyday.

6- Write and maintain documents related to security design, implementation and practices
.
7- Record and print solutions to end users as necessary.

8- Audit routine security in all PeopleSoft environments to
ensure all users are appropriately provisioned for their work
function.

9- Analyze and resolve security and access problems related to delivered and customized PeopleSoft applications.

10- Working on SQL database

1- Escalate problems to Programmer, Supervisor, Specialist, Analyst and Manager.

2- Report unusual and recurring issues to Specialist, Programmer, Manager and Analyst.

3- Extend user support during office moves, computer conversions during hardware or software failures.

4-Support test of new or upgraded applications.

5- Reset user passwords and grace logins and grant access for documents.

6- Handle requests from multiple sources like email, telephone, voicemail and face to face.

7- Input requests into problem tracking database and assign Tier 2 group for resolution.

8- Present and explain computing support policies to Duquesne campus community.

9- Report on Help Desk service usage and suggest technologies to enhance Help Desk functioning.
