Saudi Third Expansion Construction Program of the Holy Mosque, Mataf Project

➢ Supervision of construction for the Expansion of Mataf capacity up to three times its original capacity.
➢ Supervised removal and demolition of the old arcade and the first Saudi Expansion.
➢ Inspecting and directing contractors on the construction of a 7-level new extension connected to the Masa’a area, second and third Saudi Expansions, with all related electromechanical and infrastructure services, and provisions for the handicapped and elderly visitors.

Duties:

● Leading team to Inspect construction work of various civil projects.
● Review shop drawings, material data, samples, and product data.
● Inspecting and testing materials supplied to the project to ensure that they comply with the required specifications.
● Performing and reviewing regular site surveys to ensure that the work is progressing according to the plan.
● Follow-up on daily site activities and direct the contractor on possible solutions to overcome obstacles of executing the works.
● Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitoring and analyze progressing according to the plan.
● Applying and maintaining health and safety procedures on site.

General Maintenance for Private Villa (400m2 - Two floor Villa).

Work include:

● Built an extra room, with a roof slab containing skylights. (Used planting materials to connect new slab with existing beams).
● Demolish the old tiles and replacing them with new marbles.
● Full painted for inside and outside the villa. Using Waterproof paints that create a seal which stops damp from entering the interior.
● Demolished two block walls and build others to redesigned dividers.
● Added an extra electrical sockets to the rooms before painted the entire Villa.
● Installed steel framework for car park shade structure, used shade fabric structure with the highest UV block.
● Wooden paint for doors. (Used Water-Based Paint after applied wood putty to fill the cracks and holes and after applied primer surface).

I started working from the beginning of the project (After the excavation work is completed) as Civil Engineer, Then after dividing the project into zones, Zone management has been handed over to me.

● Allocating roles, responsibilities and production activities within the team.
● Follow up contract progress and make actions needed to keep the project to the agreed program.
● Monitoring and inspecting the work of sub-contractors.
● Coordination with Labs and Concrete suppliers companies.
● Ordering equipment and materials after rapid studies for available options depending on the quality and productivity as well as prices.
● Identify options and recommend solutions to resolve technical issues.
● Preparing daily, weakly &monthly progress reports.
