UNIT 7 CONTRACTING EST. & AlJawdat Contracting Company Ltd. Joint Venture. (Feb 2018 to Jul 2020) as Procurement Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Planning material requirement of project and schedule as per site requirements.
• Managing Contracts, Suppliers and Subcontractors
• Preparing documentation for the client, Purchased Order and contract as per terms and condition.
• Managing Warehouse and Logistics team and disseminating proper Logistic information for receiving and issuance.
• Updating the Inventory stock on a day to day basis.
• Purchasing consumable material from the local market as per the blanket purchase agreement
• Submitting all the monthly Credit and Cash invoices to our accounts and finance Manager along with the warehouse documentation
Roles & Responsibilities
•Managing and supporting the teamwork, Storekeepers, Semiskilled workers, Data Entry Operators and Transportation team Drivers & Forklifts Operators.
•Co-coordinating with purchasing manager and receiving International/ Local material as per the schedule.
•Responsible for loading and off-loading of equipment’s, forklifts, cranes in co-ordination with safety and security norms.
•Responsible for the warehouse Program in GMAO.
•Materials Management and Preparation of MRR and updating daily issuance Inventory Stock list.
•Preparing the PR for material for ensuring stock level, Spare parts for the Schome Locomotive / Herrencknect Parts for TBM /Comet / Grindex Pump Parts / Equipment’s parts / Overhead crane.
•Managing all local consumable material. BASF & NORMET (Chemicals and Lubricant / Grease, General materials) for three months requirement and prepare LPO for further consumption as per production requirement.
•Managing and Maintaining arrival of shipments documents related to vessel, such as Bill of Lading / Inspection Certificate/Certificate of Origin / Insurance certificate/ Invoice- Packing List.
•Coordinating with purchase department for weekly and monthly inventory reports for stock and future material requirements.
•Coordinating with Plant & Construction managers for monthly productive requirements for consumables to minimize the dead stock.
•Preparation of documents as per the Material submittal to QA/QC for inspection and approval as per clients approved sample.
•Controlling and tracking of material rejected or damaged and prepare RTN voucher approved by Higher Authorities

Roles & Responsibilities
•Planning and expediting all International material and arranging the containers form Seaport loading Shipment at appropriate locations. Our Main International supplier SAINT GOBAIN PAM. FRANCE. Supply of Ductile Iron Pipes, Fittings, Valves and Accessories for our MEGA RESERVOIRS PROJECT GTC-600C.
•Managing and Maintaining arrival of shipments documents related to vessel, such as Bill of Lading / Inspection Certificate/Certificate of Origin / Insurance certificate/ Invoice- Packing List.
•Request material from site Engineer. Contact supplier and get the quotation and sample for approval for our client.
•Prepare all documents with the sample for approval of our client /contractor for material submission
•Local Purchase Order (LPO) follow-ups with suppliers to deliver at site locations or to warehouse yards
•Preparing material inspection document and liaising with QA/QC for material approvals as per IMS procedure.
•Coordinating with purchase department for weekly and monthly inventory reports for stock and future material requirements

Roles & Responsibilities
• Managing MEP - Warehouse & logistic and Main Warehouse Yard & Site stores
• Responsible for managing a team of Store Keepers, Sr. Store Keepers, Foreman and Operators for effectively managing day to day deliverables, meeting project timelines and smooth functioning of operations
• Responsible and Accountable for ensuring timely shifting of materials for 9 towers, Energy Centre and Car parking
• Planning and expediting all International material and arranging the containers for off-loading at appropriate locations
• Local Purchase Order (LPO) follow-ups with suppliers to delivery at site locations or to warehouse yards
• Preparing material inspection document and liaising with QA/QC for material approvals
• Managing local purchases for consumables and day-to-day requirements
• Coordinating with purchase department for weekly and monthly inventory reports for stock and future material requirements
• Coordinating with construction managers for monthly productive requirements for consumables to minimize the dead stock
• Coordinating with Shipping/ Logistics companies for legal clearances and follow-ups, for imports and shipment clearance
