As a Jewelry Operations Manager, I was responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a jewelry manufacturing factory. Main duties included smooth functioning of all operational activities, including production, inventory management, quality control, and goldsmith team coordination. Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Developed and implemented efficient operational strategies to achieve production goals, cost targets, and quality standards.

• Oversee the production process, from raw materials procurement to finished product delivery, ensuring efficiency, and minimizing waste.
