• Handling the Operation & Preventives maintenance of various types of HVAC & Plumbing systems like Chillers, Pumps, Pressurization Units, Compressors, Blowers, Fans, AHUS, FAHUS, VFD Controlled Motors and Higher Capacity Split & Package Units at all Etisalat Telecom Buildings, Offices & GSM Sites equipped in shelters & private buildings to ensure their reliable and fault-free Operations.
As well as DATA Centers where temperature & humidity is maintained by Close Control Units equipped with Humidifiers & Heaters for smooth operation of the telecom equipments & client servers.
Scheduling & applying of Preventive & Corrective Maintenance activities in the MAXIMO operating system.

• Corrective Maintenance like compressor replacement, leak testing & rectification, control trouble shooting, rectification & modification, overhauling of Semi-Sealed compressors of Carrier Chillers & partially on other brand chillers like Trane, York & Mcquay.

• Worked as a Supervisor A/C & Mechanical for the external project of Islamic affairs department. Responsible for the Maintenance of @ 420 mosques in Dubai. Activities included of Staff deployment for the planned Preventive as well as emergency complaints & corrective maintenance of the Air conditioning system. Sending enquiries, evaluation & purchasing of material & parts as per requirements, preparation of various reports as requested by the superiors.

• To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on all chillers, pumps, Large Capacity Air Handling Units with ozone controllers, as well as Package & Split Units as directed and in Accordance with maintenance procedure.

COMMISSIONING:
Commissioning of Reciprocating Chillers & Screw Chillers.
Commissioning includes inspection of erection of chillers, checking of waterflow, Δp across cooler, pre-commissioning &startup of Chillers.
Checking of all working parameters.
Setting sub-cooling and super heat.
Checking of chilled water Δt across cooler for optimum performance.
System Integration for optimum performance
› WARRANTY CALLS:
During warranty period, attending of breakdown calls.
Handing over of sites after warranty period.
› MAINTENANCE:
Scheduling of Minor and Major Preventive Maintenance.
Yearly checking of compressors for optimum performance.
Yearly checking of chillers for optimum performance.
Overhauling of Reciprocating and Screw Compressors.
Minor and major preventive maintenance for compressors includes acid testand oil analysis for system contamination
Water chemical analysis.

Worked as Ref. & Chilling Plant Operator cum Mechanic under contract @ Haul Color Ltd. Taloja MIDC, India where essential duties were as follows:

• Operation & maintenance of Flake Ice plant, water chilling & brine chilling process plants which are used for the chemical manufacturing plants.
• Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and kind of maintenance is needed.
