Production Manager
Responsible for planning and directing development-production of hybrid plant varieties with high yield or disease and insect resistant characteristics.
Spearhead the daily work performance of workers besides managing planting, irrigation, chemical application, harvesting, grading, payroll, and recordkeeping.
Develop and implement production plan based on the knowledge of implication on weather changes.
Prepare contingency plans as and when necessary.
Control the widespread of pests and diseases in the plant to achieve maximum productivity.

i have bsc from Sudan university college of agriculture studies i learned 10 semester , knowledge throw it strong skill , i have pass all throw the courses my point is percent
