I am currently working as solution architect in Ooredoo's Enterprise Architecture and design team. My responsibilities includes creating high level design for the projects involving Data warehouse. It includes working with other architects to capture how the design should be in upstream / downstream applications as well. Upstream applications involve Ericsson IN, EMM Mediation, Bundle Manager, Service Manager, CRM, Geneva Billing, IVR, Remedy, Payment gateway, Matrix for digital customers, Comptel Mediation, Selfcare Mobile App, MRMS direct sales, OIM inventory module etc. Downstream applications involve working with Enterprise Information Framework (Big data solution based on Pivotal & Java based), Campaign management systems including Aprimo & Flytxt.

I am also working as a member of DWH audit committee within DWH governance to review the design for on going DWH projects.

Responsibilities:
The project was focused to implement DWH solution to fulfill IFRS Engine's business requirements. Contract data was sourced from multiple source systems and mapped on standard telecom data model (cLDM). Data was prepared by cleaning, conforming and integrating multiple sources together and then passed to IFRS engine for accounting. The solution involved creating contract definition in DWH, correlating MSISDN level information for plans, discounts, add-ons, device installments, prime numbers, termination / suspension against contract data. SSP, MRC & ETC were calculated based on the rules provided and then reconciled with IAS 18 data.
