1. Manage and own the entire 360-degree recruitment cycle globally especially Europe, UK etc.
2. Having the ability to source technical and specialized skill sets through various tools and continuously provide
new solutions and ideas for sourcing to attract talent and Operations for Hourly Services as well.
3. Having the ability to measure the caliber and competencies of candidates against strict requirements and
briefs provided.
4. Negotiate, present offers and close deals with selected candidates.
5. Successfully liaise with mobilization and Projects dept. to ensure the successful onboarding of the candidate.
6. Drive forward new ideas which will help to streamline & speed up the recruitment process.
7. At all stages of the recruitment process, ensure credibility is maintained through effective feedback.
8. Teamwork: I possess the ability to work within and with multiple departments/teams to identify the right hire.
9. Creativity: I can develop creative ideas about sourcing, outreach, and interviewing candidates.
10. Critical thinking: After thinking critically about the requirements of the open positions, I always analyze the

status of candidates or any modifications required.
