• Accountable for representing the company in all public & private departments especially in JAFZA

o Applying employee’s entry permit, residence, emirates ID, PRO card, health insurance card, company employment card and free zone access card
o Payroll controlling (employee’s salary, leave, vacation & overtime maintaining) through Tally ERP
• Responsible for submitting Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Emirates ID, Medical fitness, Economic Department Applications
• Managing:
o Thasheel documentation for Ministry of Labour
o JAFZA portal applications preparing & submitting to free zone
• Directing JAFZA related issues by approaching JAFZA Administration Department
• Providing administrative & legal support to management and team members
• Resolving issues related with Police, Court, RTA, DEWA, RERA, Immigration, Labour and Embassies
• Following and keeping updated rules & laws of Dubai Govt. and Jebel Ali Free Zone
• Renewed commercial & industrial licences
• Dealing with company vehicles insurance, registration, renewal & Salik System
• Generated online applications for work permit, residence, medical fitness, emirates ID and others
• Formulated letters and Dubai Court Legal Documents in Arabic & English i.e. (LLC Agreement, Power of Attorneys, Undertakings)
• Involved in filing Arabic / English typing, translation, electronic & hard copy
• Prepared documents for LLC formation and new business setup
• Racked visa & work permit progress via immigration queue
• Submitted documents through Tasheel and handed Tasheel documents
