o Development & oversee the implementation of Project Control procedures to cover Planning/Scheduling, Risk & Cost Management,
Document Control, Progress Reporting & Web based Project Management Information Systems (PMIS). Preparation & presentation of
Project Dashboards and report Progress to all stakeholders.
o Discuss execution strategy with Project Director/Project Manager for setting up a target-plan based on contract duration, resource availability
and budget constraints.
o Generate the Master CPM schedule of works/Baseline Program of works for EPC(Engineering, Procurement & Construction) & Lump Sum
Projects incorporating local authority approval milestones and other critical milestone dates in the form of Gantt chart/bar chart. Schedule
risk analysis and optimization of schedule.
o Resource loading, leveling and forecasting Resource requirement/Histograms and Demobilization plans.
o Set up shop drawings submittal/approval schedules dates related to construction.
o Preparation of procurement schedules in accordance with construction sequence.
o Preparing cumulative Cash Flow (S-curve) and monthly costs (Histogram).
o Seeking consultant/client’s approval of the baseline program of works & Preparation of Tender Programs.
o Identifying and Assessing Delays, Forensic Delay Analysis/Time Impact Analysis (TIA) & Preparation of Extension of Time (EoT) claims &
Narratives, Schedule Analysis, Construction delay Analysis reports preparation/Narratives based on the ‘SCL Delay and Disruption Protocol’
and ‘Analysis by AACE’.
o Establishing contingency plans to avoid future time frustrations, analysis of Concurrent Delays & Counter-Claims.
o Periodic schedule updates and providing look-ahead schedules to project team.
o Issuance of regular reports highlighting areas of concern by using Critical Path Analysis, major achievements, and deviations to the
Management level for their early actions.
o Application of Earned Value Management and Performance Indicators.

a. Crescent Bay Karachi (Current Projects PKR 28 Billion, $250 Million)Projects consist of complete Master Plan (108 acres’
development) which includes development of 42 towers along with the Commercial spaces, Mall, Mosques, Utility works, Hospital,
Infrastructure, parks, etc. on 2 km seafront out of which 7 towers are in progress, which consists of GF+Podium+26 Floors each including
Pent & Town Houses on the Podium.
b. Canyon Views Islamabad (Current Projects PKR 15 Billion, $130 Million)
Canyon views is an exclusive gated community designed as a wide variety of natural attractions combined with exceptional architecture and the
finest leisure facilities on 350 acres. Projects consist of Residential Plots, 615 Townhouses, 312 Villas, mosques, School, Parks, Commercial
spaces, Utility works, etc.

• Preparations maintain and monitor the Project control system, which includes evaluation and communications methods, conformance to
policies and procedure and tracking and reporting tools.
• Ensuring that project control requirement, milestones, and overall objectives are met for both the Projects as well as for the Master Planning
and Development work.
• Monitoring & controlling Project Schedule performance for all projects & development works. (Pre & Post construction).
• Managing different Construction Planning and Claims. Provide assistance and Supporting project teams by assuring that all essential cost
control aspects such as adherence to scope, Milestones, budget’s and Schedules, Manpower and contractor’s issues are monitored.
• Reviewing and Accessing Engineer’s recommendations of Contractor Claims and Programs/Schedules.
Preparation of Templates, Progress status Dashboards, Cost Control reports. Performs earned value analysis of project performance and to
check deviation of schedule from Cost baseline.
• Ascertain cause of significant deviations from the project budget and cost performance, requirements and or milestones. Preparation and
development of the action plan to correct unfavorable budget control performance or to take advantage of unusually favorable cost
performance trends.
• Establish, maintain and update the high-level Integrated Master Program for all ongoing projects and development works which is linked to
manpower mobilization and demobilization plan.
Project: Dubai Mixed Use Development- Now Burj Gate Tower & Sofitel Hotel (AED 1.07 Billion-$293 Million)
Project Consist of Podium (1B+G+4) with Piling Works, Hotel Tower (1B+G+31), Office & Residential Tower (1B+G+50) & Car Parking Building
(1B+G+7); Total Covered Area of 168, 000 sqm
• Preparation and updating of project detailed Baseline Program of work including MEP program
• Follow-up Sub-Contractors programs & its Integration & coordination with Project Main Construction Program
• Preparation of weekly & monthly Look ahead schedule in coordination with execution teams.
• Maintenance of production rates for equipment and labor for all trades; Prepare feedback for all production rates of all tasks at the post-
construction stage. Preparation and updating of KPI’s,
• Preparation of Weekly and Monthly reports & Recovery, Accelerated & Impacted Programs.
• Preparation & updating of Procurement, shop drawings, material & As-built submittals schedule.

• Successfully develop and Secure, EoT Claim for 675 days with associated cost.
Project: Jebel Ali Airport City-Phase 1A-Airfield, Aprons & Associated Taxiways. Contract No. JXB1/INF/002 & 010,
(US$64 Million) Storm Water Drainage, Sewerage, Irrigation, Water Supply and Fire Fighting Works i/c shafts.
