• Oversee the complete Recruitment Life Cycle starting from Manpower Planning, Job Designing, Job Advertisement to local / international media through Recruitment Consultants / Agents, Receive and shortlist CVs and short-listing of potential candidates for final technical rounds after preliminary screening interviews.
• Arrange panel technical interviews locally / internationally and provide HR insight / viewpoint during Technical Interviews by gauging the candidate’s behavior and approach in answering the Technical / Professional queries, negotiation of Commercial Terms i.e. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and prepare Offer Letters / Contract Agreements in compliance with country’s Labor Laws and the internal Recruitment/Employment policy.
• Provide requisite induction with Company profile presentation and operating procedures, personal introduction with line managers and co-workers, filling of HR Forms and provision of initial job related trainings to let the new joiners familiar with internal SOPs.
• Drafting the closeout Recruitment / HR Reports with analysis of Selected/Rejected ratio, Assigned Vs Actual time for Recruitment, Demand Vs Supply analysis to further submission to Management.
• Job Evaluation with Know-How, Problem Solving & Accountability factors, Designing Job Roles (KRAs and KPIs) linked with Corporate Balanced Score Cards (BSC) Objectives.
• Monitor Annual/Periodic Performance Appraisals Cycle (180 and 360 Degree Performance Appraisals System) starting from PA Forms generation / distribution to concerned Manager / HOD and to all concern, meeting and discussion of performance against the set objective, Review the performance results on mutual consent of concerned employee and HOD / Manager, Reporting to Management, Dissemination of Performance Evaluation letters to concerned Employee and update the Employee account with new revisions.
