 Monitored & Control the Project Procurement activity such as -
• Keep and update the materials database with current status according to discipline wise, NMR documentation status.
• Overseeing the materials movement and ensure the availability of required materials on site as per schedule.
• Responsible for the direction and supervision of the entire procurement operation of the project.
• Implement project purchasing and contract management instructions, policies and procedures as per Saudi Aramco Standard.
• Review, evaluate and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids to sub-contractors.
• Review and Supervise in preparations of PRs, POs, NMRs, IAPs and FDRs in compliance to Saudi Aramco procedure and requirements.
• Review Technical Submittal, catalogues cut sheets, technical details in compliance to project specifications and requirements in coordination with the engineering team prior in submitting to the end user.
• Analyze market and delivery systems to assess material requirement of the project.
• Coordinate, supervise and participate in factory and vendor inspection activities as necessary for inspectable project materials.
• Process Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders for supplies and equipments as required in the Project.
