Responsibilities.

❖ Manage and controlled accommodation with sub-contractors (Managers, Engineers, office Staff and skilled labours) with overall pastoral care.
❖ Manage accommodation which involves Facilities, Housekeeping, and maintenance for the Camp, safety & security.
❖ Ensured that facilities meet government rule and regulations and implement the company designated accommodation.
❖ Mange facilities cost-effective expenses & budgets on monthly and yearly.
❖ Report workers staying in the accommodation/not reporting to duty to HR along with the valid reason on each case.
❖ Responsible for the general health issues and follow a healthy and hygienic personal care regime for tenants.
❖ Manage medical emergencies of tenants in an outlined accommodation policies.
❖ Responsible and manage for ensuring tenants medical appointment and escort tenants as required to the hospital.
❖ Daily Camp Accommodation checking, camp housekeeping, providing company facilities to each tenants, camp total details, daily reports & monthly reports for handle all Location of rooms details sent to HR department.
❖ Ensure and coordinates with HR for flight reservations, vehicle arrangement for project staffs and entire new coming employees in camp.
❖ Manage to adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
❖ Manage accommodation assets equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well-running accommodation.
❖ Prepare and ensure all consumption reports (Water, Sewerage, Diesel, and LPG Cylinder).
❖ Responsible to manage administration and logistics activities in the field office.
