Detailed duties are included as following: Recruiting: Maintaining an updated and organized database for CVs
Scheduling interviews (coordination between HODs and the shortlisted candidates)
Liaising with all the departments heads concerning the status of CVs under review
Coordinating to the successful candidates for the submission of all relevant documents for processing the employment visa
Communicating with HODs concerning the mobilization of the new employee
Responsible for the employment visas and labour card applications: o Preparing visa application form to be submitted to the immigration/Ministry of Labour by P.R.O, composed of details of emoluments of the candidates and other relevant information i.e. Position/contract details of the applicant/Visa history in UAE
o Scheduling newly appointed candidates for Visa medical & Emirates ID registration
o Coordinating to the Director of HR concerning the visa stamping, Labour card and Labour contract application processing
o Arranging Hotel accommodation for new employees, recruited overseas
Executing the following tasks for the newly joined employees: o Providing him a welcome pack on his arrival at the airport, consisting a brief introduction about the company, policies & procedures, important contact numbers and Abu Dhabi map etc
o Conducting a safety induction to the newly joined employee with safety department
o A proper introduction of the new employee to his/her direct manager and department
o Providing all the information related to Health insurance, Life insurance and Workmen & compensation etc
Human Resources in General: o Assisting in the recruiting plans to identify needed staff
o Compiling and maintaining an updated Job Descriptions for all positions in the company
o Controlling and maintaining filling system for personal files documentation i.e. Personal documents, contractual documents, Sponsorship documents, Salary documents, Family documents, up-keeping of leave record, performance appraisal record and Insurance record etc
o Preparing appointment letters, warning letters, Transfer letters, Promotion letters, Increment letter, Termination letters etc
o Dealing with Medical Insurance/reimbursement for all employees (Enrolling new employee/Deletion of leavers)
o Direct Dealing with Life Insurance (Addition/Deletion)
o Keeping proper records of all concerned files
o Handling new FAS IDs and maintain proper record.
o Maintain an accurate employee telephone list and other necessary databases.
o Updating ITS (Information tracking system)
o Issuing the letters to different Companies, Banks & Embassies as per employee's requirements
o Dealing with work overs of engineers, pilots, flight Ops, ground Ops etc
o Direct dealing with CNIA (Critical National Infrastructure Authority) regarding offshore passes for all those pilots/engineers/Ops controllers/HLOs who are required to work in offshore
