Key Responsibilities:
• Oversaw the complete Operations/Functions of Warehousing / Inventory Management.
• Organizing & execution of outbound supplies to interiors, Intercompany, Izz, Salalah
Depot, showrooms & Walk - in - customers.
• Ensure that all incoming shipments & out going Stocks are documented & uploaded in the system accordingly.

• Handling of Inventory worth 10 Million $. With annual Turnover worth 60 Million $.
• Controlling losses, dead stock, over stocking and optimum utilization of warehouse
Space, Manpower, Planning of Vehicles & other valuable resources of the organization.
• Maintaining stacking of material & housekeeping as per warehousing norms.
• Scrutinizing the stocks position to maintaining minimum Inventory level at warehouse.
• Periodic reviewing transportation costs & providing alternative cost saving solutions.
• Organize and supervise annual & periodical perpetual stock count and liaise with internal
& external auditors for the reconciliation of the same.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLING AS WAREHOUSING & Distribution / INVENTORY MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL:
Warehouse Management:
▫ Generation & Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for receiving, dispatch, picking, storing and transportation in the warehouse and trained team members for maintaining & compliance with these procedures
▫ Ensuring good housekeeping so that the material preservation, codification, receipt, storing and dispatch can be done smoothly.
▫ Developed an ability to eliminate out-of-stock situations while minimizing the carrying cost of inventory.

▫ Achieved 99% accuracy in stock positions & restricted frauds and pilferage.
▫ Insurance survey of shipments to claim against damaged material.
▫ Ensured on time availability of material, follow up with suppliers on goods delivery; handle all queries and relevant complaints.
▫ Maximized quality control and to minimize damage through development of state-of-the-art material handling and warehousing techniques.
▫ Ensured the accurate and timely preparation, processing, distribution and retention of all necessary reports and records regarding the operations
▫ Processing of approved disposal & write off requests.

Safety and security:

▫ Installation of theft and burglary alarm in the warehouse.
▫ Implementation & monitoring the HSEQ standards & procedures in routine operations for the warehouse safety & security.

Cost Reduction:
▫ Significantly reducing the delivery cost by combining and consolidating the deliveries reroute.
▫ Minimizing operation expenses by reducing inventory levels and cycle time.
