● Design approvals of multiple projects from DEWA (Electricity and Water) Al Warsan Fourth (G+P+7F), Wadi Al Safa (2B+G+14F), and Muhaisnah 2 labor accommodation Camp (G+3F).
● Handled Wadi AL Safa and Muhaisnah Labour camp as Project Engineer.
● Design Electrical Systems including LV Switchgears, Capacitors bank, ATS, Lighting, Power, Essential power as per DEWA standards, preparing load schedule and single line diagrams keeping in view value engineering with precise and accurate designing.
● Fully aware from DEWA standards for Substation requirements, L V Rooms and Electric rooms design.
● Execute site Electrical work as per approved drawings, Handling Sub contractors, Arranging Material, Submit and approve Site inspections from Consultants, Achieved weekly and monthly targets.
● Maintaining proper log for material submittals shop drawings submittals and inspections. Submit and get material approvals and material inspection at Site approvals from consultant.
● Coordination and Technical Discussions with M/S DEWA and Consultants, Rising RFI’S incase of Technical Problems on site
● Online Submission to DEWA to get Power and Water NOC, design approvals and clearing inspections fully aware from DEWA online procedures for Contractor and Consultant.
● Contact and coordinate with all concerned manufacturers /suppliers for any required support/ clarifications.
● Control project progress in terms of cost, time, technical aspects, resources (manpower, materials, equipment, etc.) and quality.
● To plan and implement engineering program, including defining project Scope, activities and manpower projection as per Client requirements.
● Designing and cost estimation of Electrical ELV, LV and MV system. Preparing Load Calculation, cable sizing and distribution of balanced three phase loads.
● Preparation of Technical Sanctions, Reviewing of Monthly Reports.
● To check and verify Electrical billing in accordance with drawings and Contractors work as per the quality norms specified for the project.
● To Coordinate with Client Government body and Contractor and responding to their queries.
● To make sure by Visit that the work is executed according to the latest approved drawings.
● Instruct CAD operators in all Project related matters and responsible for the checking of all CAD works done.
● To monitor day to day progress of work at site and updating PM about project progress.
● Assured accuracy and completeness of all shop drawings, files, engineering records, and tasks of assigned projects.
● To verify the Sub Contractors, work as per the quality norms specified for the project.
● To Liaison with PM, attending meetings & satisfying quires from Consultants and client.
● To execute the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings and/or instructions of authorized authorities.
● Responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health and safety standards.
● Worked on HT Panel, LT Panels, Main and Sub main, Electric Rooms and Local Distribution boards, Power, lighting, conducting and cable pulling.
● Developed Understanding of drawings, load schedule and implementing it as well
● Installation of Instruments stands, Equipment, conduit and Junction Boxes
● personally, used power tools like Grinder, Hilti.
