Responsibilities:
Production Orders Creation, Coordination with Production Planning Department to Ensure timely and accurately flow of Production Data in SAP system.
Analyze actual Production cost against Standard/Budget. Research and explain variances. Report this information Daily/monthly or as needed.
Extract, organize, analyze, and report data in a manner that is useful and relevant for making business decisions with the use of an ERP system.
Interact with Production Planning to ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) are accurate and up to date. Review and audit BOM’s to ensure they reflect the latest manufacturing practices.
Semi-Finished Product Confirmations on Daily Basis. Coordination with RM, QC & SMP Yard Operators for smooth and accurate stock keeping.
Responsible for updating of Steel Plant Production Consumption data in SAP (All Raw Materials, Refractories, Utilities) on Daily basis. Coordination with Finance, Maintenance Department, Supply Chain Department & QC Department for timely closing of activities in SAP PP.
Perform ad hoc Steel plant cost analysis to support the operations.
Assist in OPEX, CAPEX budget preparation and expense management activities.
Supports Operation management in planning and calculating yearly budgets.
Consolidate budgets, including top-down and bottom-up plans, and proceeds with revolving midterm planning’s, and periodic forecasts during the year.
Performs comparisons Actual vs. Plan, and pursues effects of agreed measures.
Provides regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommends actions to BU management.
Provision and distribution of daily and Monthly Plant Production Reports.
Analyze and coordinate daily department activities to achieve established goals.
Assist Manager in preparing and maintaining meeting materials, business presentations and other department files.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.
Monitor level 2 Data and analysis, as per actual production report.
Monitor billet consumption as per actual production of rebar size wise and confirming billet consumption in SAP as per actual rebar production daily basis.
Confirming rebar and wire rod production in SAP as per Level2 system and actual production daily basis.
Prepare daily SAP confirmation, size wise reports, shift report & shift summary reports.
Monitor daily bundle / coil counting reports for all shifts, and confirmation by SAP.
Monitor Fuel, Water and Electricity consumptions and analysis.
Prepare daily production report as per hourly production and delay.
Monitor plan vs actual production and consumption.
Prepare Yield, Cobble & size wise tonnage reports.
Prepare availability and reliability reports
Month end closing in SAP and send BOM / web reports to Finance for costing.
Monitor KPI’s.
Prepare Utilization reports, for all agencies delay.
Prepare Monthly performance report for Rolling Mill base on plan vs actual production
Responsibilities
To carry out the development cycle for various component by reverse engineering, modification and proto typing of special projects.
Develop various testing and checking unit / systems for the developed and under development components. (Special projects).
Generate process design, Diagrams and other supporting documents for developed and under development components.
Trouble shooting for the developed components and further localization / value addition for various components.
Vendor coordinator for the development and troubleshooting.
