Below is the summary of my core competencies and key responsibilities which are not limited to:
• HVAC, Fire fighting, Drainage, Utilities, Waste water management, Irrigation network and Plumbing systems.
• To review Design drawings, Shop drawings, Coordination drawings and As-built drawings' as per global standards such as NFPA, IPC, ASHRAE, SMACNA, NEBB, WHO and local guidelines.
• To prepare and review Material Submittals, Method Ststements, Inspection test plan and Pre-qualification documents with reference to Project Specifications.
• MEP Site Engineering in coordination with other trades along with site interfacing between Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• To Organize/Witness both Material and Installation quality inspections and Testing/ Commissioning for MEP systems.
• To preparing Site Observation reports (SOR) and Non-Conformance reports (NCR).
• To prepare and submit Request for Information (RFI), Material and Work Inspection requests (MIR, WIR).
• To inspect and record Site Snags and follow-up for de-snagging prior to project handing-over to the client.
• Efficient documentation and reporting to higher management.
• Proficient in MS office, AUTOCAD and Project management tools.
• As Sr.MEP Engineer, I had successfully managed a team of 10 MEP Engineers with the submission of 150 technical reports to complete the MEP Testing and Commissioning activities in three stations of Qatar's Gold-line Metro project.
