To arrange the payment sequence and organise any group bookings prior to their arrival at the hotel.
To communicate with the regular company clients regarding their long term employees who wish to stay for longer time periods.
To assist the management in the hours of need regarding any working issue/complaint and help the management in moving towards the completion of targets and objectives.
• To provide customer services at the front desk reception.
• To deal with guests’ queries, complains and problems and sorting them out in such a manner that the guest is delighted with the solution.
• To do daily closures of reception as well as food & beverage department on the system during night shift.
• Printing and reconciliation of daily reports and supervise the audit work on daily basis.
• Providing food to the guests from the snack menu which is available during 24/7.
• Coordinate and assist with the Team and the Management regarding any issues which may arise.
• To make sure guests’ Check-in and Check-out in a pleasant way.
• To assist guests with Email, messages, and any plans or arrangements they require.
• To assist any plans and arrangements that the guest intends to make during their stay.
• To follow all safety policies, department policies, procedures and maintain the service standard.
• To maintain a soothing and smooth stay for all guests and in times of panic and pressurized times, sort out the problems with a confident and strong behavior though being polite.
