RADAR Setup: (Mangla)

• Supervise administrative and technical matters of DWSR
• Manage operational and maintenance tasks of DWSR and its allied gadgetry
• Oversee Meteorological Observatory Mangla Radar
• Maintenance of Automatic Weather Station (AWS) (Preventive & Corrective)
• Personnel management for effective and efficient technical administration

Meteorological Instruments Manufacturing Workshop: (Karachi)

• Managing all aspects of manufacturing unit by applying effective manufacturing techniques for the production of meteorological equipment
• Devise and implement robust plans to ensure precision in manufacturing and timely production remaining within the financial constraints and budgets
• Enhance production capability through effective management of personnel and equipment
• Provide technical and expert advice on maintenance issues related to machines & automatic weather stations

Apart from these responsibilities, management and administrative work were also part of daily responsibilities e.g. organization of different events (NERC (2012, 2013), ICRAI 2012, workshops). Supervision of final year projects was also one of the premier responsibilities (was part of OBD research group and Computer Numeric Control (CNC) group).
