•Inspection, removal and installation of Journal bearings, thrust bearing, wear ring of centrifugal pumps and multistage gas compressors.
•Removal and installation of Mechanical seals of compressors and pumps.
•Checking the Bearing Clearances, Axial float and Run out
•Alignment of rotating equipment including Motor-pumps, Compressor-Gearbox-Motor Trains
Al Meer Technical Services provides the all Mechanical services to Saudi ARAMCO related to the installation, Removal, maintenance and overhaul, Trouble shooting of rotating equipment. As Sr. Mechanical Technician my responsibilities are:
•Inspection, removal and installation of Journal bearings, thrust bearing, wear ring of centrifugal pumps and multistage gas compressors.
•Removal and installation of Mechanical seals of compressors and pumps.

Details Work Experience in Oil & gas Onshore/Offshore
• 08 years Hand on experience in the field of Mechanical Technician including Power, Oil & Gas, Offshore and Onshore Companies.
• Experience in Onshore, Offshore Oil and Gas Separation Plants (GOSP), Wellhead Platform and Gas treatment plants.
• Experience in repairing and installation, maintenance of Diesel Engines, Generators, Reciprocating Air & Gas Compressors, Compressor Packages, Engine Packages and Gas Engines.
• Servicing, Maintenance and Alignment of rotating Equipments like Pumps, Compressor, Centrifugal
Reciprocating pump, Gear pump, Air Compressor, Gas Compressor, Fire water Pumps, etc.
• Proficient in installation, opertation, Preventive, Predicitive, breakdown maintenance and
Troubleshooting Of all pumps, compressors.
• Experienced in the Maintenance and Overhauling of Reciprocating Compressors.
• Servicing and maintenance of centrifugal pumps, (Single stage & Multi stage) & Reciprocating pumps, (Single stage & Multi stage).
• Experienced in the Maintenance and Overhauling of Centrifugal Compressors (Horizontal split and Vertical split).
