• My current role is the Supervise of physical Testing of textile material like Color Fastness to (Water, Perspiration, Rubbing, Sea Water, Chlorinated Water, Phenolic Yellowing, Dry Clean, Dye Transfer, etc.), Tensile Strength, Tear Strength, Stretch and Recovery, Seam Slippage, Seam Strength, Appearance, Shrinkage, Print Durability, Spirality, Pilling, Bursting, abrasion, and absorbency, vertical Viking, GSM according to ASTMD, ISO, AATCC, GB, and Australian standards.
• Supervise Physical Testing of PPEs (Shoes, Gloves) and leather like Color Fastness to (Water, Perspiration, Rubbing, Dry Clean, etc.), Tensile Strength, Tear Strength, Shrinkage, Thickness, Bond Strength, Out Sole Abrasion, Sizing, Dexterity, Blade Cut, Puncture, Hardness, Adhesion, Belly Flexing, Sole Flexing according to ASTMD, ISO, AATCC, SATRA, Wolverine and Australian standards
• Supervise Chemical Testing of textile, leather and PU material like pH, Formaldehyde, Azo Dyes, Cr VI, Phthalates, Heavy Metals, and Composition, According to ASTMD, ISO, AATCC, GB, Japanese, and Australian Standards.
• Supervise the testing of Grade 1, 2, and 3 water according to ISO-3696 standard.
• Perform Testing of water (Tap water, Drinking water, Waste Water) Like, COD, BOD, Chlorides, pH, Color, Odour, Taste, Turbidity, TDS, TSS, Total Hardness, Ca Hardness, Mg Hardness, Alkalinity, Sulphates, Chlorine, Conductivity, Fluorides, Nitrites, Phosphorous, Bicarbonates according to APHA, USEPA, ASTM standard
• Conduct Internal Audit according to ISO 17025 2017.
• Conduct External Audit for Inditex buyer.
• Development, Documentation & ensure the effective implementation of the Quality.
• Plan, organize and conduct internal audits against these management systems.
• Arrange management review meetings; keep informed the higher management on new updates and strengths and weakness of the systems and staff (personnel).
• Systems related in house trainings of employees.
• Risk Assessment, Customer complaints handling, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective actions.
• Establishment and development of Quality Control Laboratories as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
• Development of Standard Testing Methods for analysis.
• Training of the lab staff against Good Laboratory Practices, knowledge the standards and test performances.
• Data collection, analysis and communication in case of problem to the concerns.
