Working as a Group Marketing Specialist, equivalent to Assistant Marketing Manager reporting to Chairman of the OBS Group.
• Development & execution of 360 marketing strategies at group level & division level mainly for OBS Automotive & OBS Lifestyle.
• Responsible for advanced data analysis in order to provide the department with strong recommendations for digital marketing strategy and maximise the return on investment for all consumer marketing campaigns. Collaborate with strategic marketing staff to define goals and measurements for each campaign.
• Participate in all of Marketing’s reporting. This includes reports on the following: Contact Centre performance, Consumer campaign performance, web statistics, referral trends, market segmentation profiles, clinical and financial trends, etc. Develops materials for presentations, reports and publications, including charts, graphs and maps.
• Analysing & interpreting compelling & actionable insights from product databases and using 3rd party tools.
• Brand development for OBS lifestyle drink called “YU”.
• Presents project findings and insights in concise narrative and within context of broader external/ internal factors.
• Brand Management & Advertising: Closely working with different PR agencies for development and execution of different PR plans, managing press relations. Taking care of different luxury international brands including fragrances & F&B.
• Responsible for Marketing budget management & allocation for different activities.
• Managing companies 5 portfolio websites and 2 ecommerce platforms.
• Developing & implementing wide go to market plan with the help of sales & operations team.
• Developing pricing strategy for different products.
• Liaison with media agencies.
• Managing all aspects of marketing & brand collateral from idea to conceptualization and delivery.

Technology partner of leading ECM, Print management and Human Capital Management SAAS development companies. Developed 4 different marketing campaigns costing USD 50, 000 with total revenue of USD 650, 000 in 8 months.
Major Task:

• Strategy Development and Implementation:
Responsible for digital and traditional marketing strategy development for whole region and taking care of implementation.
• Telemarketing Campaign Development, Implementation and Monitoring:
Developing different telemarketing campaign content and strategy for cross selling to existing clients and for new clients to create clients awareness for SAAS based products mainly Human Capital Management (Lumesse, Adrenalin).
• Implementing Channel Marketing Programs:
Responsible for handling, coordinating and implementing different marketing programs for various channels in the region.
• Marketing & Branding Collaterals Creation:
Taking care of conceptualizing and designing different collaterals of SquareOne Technologies according to respective market all across GCC.
• Reports Analysis & Business Recommendations:
Reviewing industry reports, analysing market trends, evaluating competitors activity, product positioning and other marketing activities.
• Social Media:
Taking care of all social media and digital media communication for SquareOne Technologies. Closely working with LinkedIn marketing team to create social media marketing strategy and its result driven implementation. Content creation for blogging, SQ1 website, Google adwords.
• Google Analytics:
Running different Google Adword campaigns, restructuring them, analysing the Google analytics and content changes accordingly.
• SQ1 Extra Mile Program (Customer Retention Program):
Designed & developed a customer retention program for SquareOne Technologies. Major objectives are creating value for SQ1, telling clients we care about them, how important they are to us and asking for feedback how we can improve our services and products.


• Corporate Brand Identity Development:
Developing different branding and traditional marketing strategy to develop corporate brand identity of SquareOne Technologies, main activities involve are redesigning the website, design & execute e-newsletter, SQ1 times, rebranding of letter heads, business cards and LinkedIn incorporated strategy.
• Coordination with SQ1 Principles Channel Marketing Team:
Coordinating closely with channel marketing team of Principle of SQ1 mainly PHAROS, NAUANCE, LUMESSE and OPENTEXT to make sure SQ1 marketing strategy is closely aligned with Principle’s marketing strategy.
• Event Planning and Organizing:
Responsible of planning different corporate events, taking care of Vendors, meeting sponsors to present them scope of sponsoring the event. Developing event marketing strategy and implementing it to get better and effective results from the Events. So far planned and organized GITEX, HR Summit and Gov HR summit, IDC IT Managers Forum Riyadh, Doha, IDC CIO Summit Dubai for SQ1.
