Coordination with Project Managers, Planning Engineers, Production Team and Operations Department as per requirement of the projects.
Assist the Quantity Surveyors to prepare monthly statements and final accounts for agreement with the clients designated representative.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) responsibilities.
Prepare all cost invoices for submission to the Project Managers for approval.
Assistance with budgeting and re-forecasting processes.
Arranging time and material documents of the projects.
Work with support units to ensure accurate and timely booking of labour according to the project cost codes.
Prepare cost reports of the manpower, consumable and equipment of the projects.
Processing time and material sheets to the client on daily basis.
