Reconciliation of HR payroll, Suspense accounts, Utilities accounts and providing justification for the
settlements.
Daily MIS reporting for Payables through Oracle and Finacle system.
Handling day to day activities relating to PDC management for Emirates NBD & Emirates Islamic
bank customers.
Coordination with ERP Team for developments and customization of reports and processes.
Coordination with CRM team for reconciliations and customer support.
Month end reporting - Business Performance.
Analyzing the current legacy system improvements, expansion and developments and optimizing business processes.
Designing business processes and identified areas to streamline processes in multiple functional areas. The scope of the work and responsibilities involved relating to SAP - FICO & HCM modules.
Support lead for FI/CO and HCM modules.
Monthly Payroll reconciliation along with the payroll run and JV postings, if required.
First level support integrated to HCM, MM, LE, QM, SD via FICO.
Responsible for in-house BAU customization and configuration in system along with development.
Budget controlling through SAP Project Systems.
Report generation and analysis, Monthly ML reconciliation.
First level support &troubleshooting in FI-CO & HCM functions.
Completion of satisfactory External and internal audit reports.
Authorization access for FI-CO & HCM modules, with first & second level objects.
End user trainings.
