Assist Finance Policy Accounting Manager in carrying out other ad hoc assignment, as instructed by the management.
Assist Finance Policy Accounting Manager in preparation and filling of Group Zakat Return
Responsibilities as Assistant Manager Accounts includes:
Assist manager finance in preparation of budget;
Management of lease portfolio and loans from financial institutions;
Assist manager finance in finalization and publication of Quarterly and Annual Accounts; and
Work on different assignment assigned by Manager Finance.
Responsibilities as Assistant Manager Taxation includes:
Tax calculation of employees taxable income and tax liability thereon;
Assist Finance Manager in preparation and filing of annual tax return of company;
Preparation and submission of annual tax return of employees;
Preparation / submission of monthly return to tax authorities; and
Work on different assignment assigned by employer in this regard.
Responsibilities as Assistant Manager Corporate Affairs include:
Preparation and Submission of different reports, forms as due to regulators (including Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Karachi and Lahore Stock Exchange);
Preparation of different reports as required under Companies Ordinance 1984 and Listing Regulations from respective Stock Exchanges; and
Work on different assignment assigned by employer.
Planning of Audits, Advisory Services and Regulatory Assignments of various financial and non-financial sector clients;
Application of International Financial Reporting Standard, International Standards on Auditing, Generally Accepted Accounting Practices and Industry-Specific reporting requirements;
Internal Audits, Internal Controls Reviews and Special Audits in accordance with the requirements of the State Bank of Pakistan and other regulatory authorities;
Timely preparation of all deliverables including Separate and Consolidated Financial Statements, Management Letters, external and internal audit reports and other deliverables;
Foreign Reporting in accordance with the instructions of the Group Auditors;
Direct, Supervise and Review work of juniors and semi-seniors at various clients of financial, manufacturing and trading sectors. Reporting directly to Senior Managers and Partners; and
Coordinating with various professionals such as other auditors, bankers, internal auditors, lawyers, and decision-making in respect of critical reportable audit matters of governance interest.
Maintenance of books of accounts;
Preparation of vouchers and posting in general ledger;
Preparation of bank reconciliation;
Preparation of budget;
Assist account officer in tax matters;
Preparation and maintenance of investment portfolio;
Assist account officer in finalization and preparation of financial
statements; and
Work on different assignment assigned by employer.
Responsibilities as an Assistant to Accounts Officer includes:
Maintenance of books of accounts;
Preparation of vouchers;
Preparation of bank reconciliation statement;
Calculation, maintenance and payment for direct and indirect cost
(payment to contractors)
Responsibilities as an Assistant to Export manager includes:
Preparation of commercial invoice and packing list;
Preparation of export documents (i.e. form “E”, GSP, VISA Form etc);
and
Work on different assignment assigned by employer.
Data entry and preparation of sales tax rebate claim report from a FoxPro software provided by the Sales Tax Department of Pakistan;
Drafting of different business letter; and
