Monitoring the safety and quality aspects of the work and equipments at site.
Follow up the all activity Material Delivery as per the approval.
Preparing progress reports and handling administrative activities in pre and post contract period of the project.
Planning material, manpower and time for accomplishing the work and obtaining clearance and completion within the time target.
Attending all site meetings to discuss job scheduling/ job progress with the consultant/client.
Coordinate and follow up coordination meeting with Client and consultant for review for pending issues.
Assisting the draughtsman to prepare AS BUILT drawings and supports on completion of the work.
Preparing tender documents and drawings for major landscape projects of the company.
Tender evaluation of the sub contractors.
Preparing BOQ’s of soft landscape, Irrigation and landscaping works.
Giving guidelines to the design division.
Price negotiations with sub contractors.
Managing and controlling the site activities of the sub contractors.
Giving updates and reporting to the operation director
